About Susan Jacob
Who am I
I help organisations in running IT projects within time and budget, by maintaining the quality of project as well as the work - life balance of team members. It's been 12 productive years in IT, and still counting on. I am Certified Scrum Master as well as a PMP Practitioner. Holds a 4 year degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism. When not working, you will see me involved in sustainability initiatives or in indulging conversations.

- Wore different hats in the 5 years duration - that of Software Engineer, Lead Engineer, and Scrum Master
- Designed and developed the third party integrations
- Improved the system performance by 20% by doing schema and code optimisations
- Did the changes required to accommodate Adelaide Fri nge Festival 2013 in AppMajik

The fact that I was born and raised up on the bank of river Pampa had a lot of influence on my perception about life in general. I love to live close to nature, in a sustainable way. I am always in for sustainability concepts and projects.
